Traveling Podiatry Care aims to provide care to all patients regardless of age, income, or place of residence. We do our best to maximize any insurance benefits each patient has before billing the patient for any care directly. If you qualify as home-bound or have limitations that make leaving the home for necessary medical appointments difficult or risky, then our services are generally covered just like an office visit if your medical insurance plan covers podiatry.
As with any doctor's office visit, patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance amounts. If a patient has secondary or supplementary coverage, these plans may cover any amounts not paid for by the primary insurance provider. We encourage all patients to contact their insurance companies directly before requesting care so that they are familiar with what services may or may not be covered by their individual policies.
We bill all insurances, regardless of whether we are in-network or out-of-network for that particular plan. Patients needs to be aware there are differences in deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance coverage for podiatry services based on whether we are in-network or out-of-network with their insurance plans.
We recognize that not all patients have access to insurance that covers podiatry services. Please contact our office for more information on how we can serve you.
